Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an analytical role or facility management
• Strong direct experience driving site-wide transformation initiatives
• Experience in the management of change in a matrix and multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Improvement efforts at the railcar repair facility.
• Support and coach DVM efforts across all work centers.
• Analyze costs of production and identify wasteful practices.
