Candidates should be reliable, punctual, detail‑oriented, and able to lift and stand for extended periods in a physically demanding environment. Forklift or pallet jack experience is an asset but not required; steel‑toed footwear is mandatory.

  • Label, bundle, and prepare finished products for storage or shipment.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and report defects.
  • Assist with inventory checks and stock organization.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
  • Wear required PPE, including steel-toed safety footwear.
  • Assist with other general warehouse and production duties.

  • Prepare materials and products for painting and finishing.
  • Load and unload Hardie and wood products safely.
  • Operate spray equipment or assist with paint application as required.
  • Pick and pack raw wood orders accurately.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Basic measuring and counting skills, including the ability to use a tape measure.
  • Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
  • Good safety awareness and willingness to follow all PPE requirements.
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet daily production targets.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to perform different tasks as required.
  • Forklift or pallet jack experience is an asset but not required.

Mandatory: Steel-toed safety footwear is required.
