Apr 22, 2025, 400054 This role is responsible for the guidance and direction for warehouse activities which may include picking, shipping, receiving and other warehouse related duties. Tasks & Responsibilities: •Assist supervisor and provide guidance and direction to associates •Escalate non-routine matters to supervisor •Run shift meetings when required •Repetitive lifting of items up to 50lbs •Maintain Health and Safety compliance in accordance with company policies •Lead by example in demonstrating safe work habits and proper techniques to improve performance •Maintain and promote high standards of customer service •Maintain and promote professional communication with drivers, customers and warehouse personnel •Maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) boards, where required •Perform other general administrative/warehouse duties and tasks as assigned.
