Responsibilities
Reporting to the Administrator or Assistant Administrator, the Support Services Team Lead is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the Environmental Services, ensuring a safe, clean, secure, and well-maintained home environment for Residents, Family Members, Visitors, and Staff, in compliance with relevant legislations, standards, and guidelines as reflected in the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021.
