• Perform floor walks to audit procedures, troubleshoot line issues, and log data in SAP.
• Process job orders, verify packaging specs, manage shift attendance, and input labour metrics.
• Lead calmly under high-pressure conditions and set the shift tone.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of plastic compounding processes, equipment, and raw materials is considered a major asset.
• Hands-on experience working within an ISO 9001 facility alongside systems
• Demonstrated capability to work a 12-hour continental schedule alternating between day and night shifts.
