Job summary

Gillfor Distribution in London, Ontario, is seeking a full-time Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate to join our Lumber Yard team. You will work in a team environment reporting to the Yard Supervisor and handle order picking, packing, and material handling throughout the distribution centre.

Responsibilities include keeping the yard tidy, performing inventory cycle counts, loading orders onto trucks, and maintaining safety standards in outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Forklift experience in an outdoor setting is an asset.
• Able to lift up to 80 pounds when required.
• Knowledge of building materials industry is an asset.
• Flexibility with start and finish times and reliable punctuality.
• Self-motivated and able to work without supervision.

As part of our Lumber Yard team at our London Distribution Centre, you will work in a team environment reporting directly to our Yard Supervisor.
