Job summary

Canada Goose is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Winnipeg. You will handle shipping/receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment within a fast-paced warehouse. You’ll label, stage, and audit shipments, use WMS, and ensure accuracy and safety in all processes.

Applicants should have prior warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 75 lbs with assistance, and familiarity with walkie/pump trucks. RF scanners are a plus, with a strong eye for detail and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of Walkie/Pump truck required.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift 50–75 lbs with assistance.
• Able to read/write/count accurately.
• RF scanners experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and label packages/skids for shipment.
• Coordinate carrier pickups and stage outgoing shipments.
• Audit outbound shipments for safety and quality.
• Receive and inspect incoming fabric rolls and materials.
• Record shipments using the Track Via system and store goods properly.
• Pick and pack manufacturing orders (cut fabrics and full rolls).
• Use WMS to locate and prepare items.
• Ensure secure and accurate packaging to avoid errors.
• Maintain order accuracy and meet delivery timelines.
• Conduct cycle counts and update inventory records.

Position Overview:

The Warehouse Associate will ensure all assigned warehouse functions are completed in a timely manner. You will be responsible for the inspection and receiving of all incoming shipments as well as maintaining and reporting accurate counts on all products and materials being shipped. Complete tasks such as Shipping and Receiving, Order Fulfillment and Inventory control.

• Records shipments using the Track Via system and stores goods properly
• Picks and packs manufacturing orders (cut fabrics and full rolls)
• Uses WMS to locate and prepare items
• Ensures secure and accurate packaging to avoid errors
• Maintains order accuracy and meets delivery timelines
• Conducts cycle counts and updates inventory records
• Reports discrepancies
• Keeps storage areas clean and organized

Let’s Talk About You:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Knowledge of Walkie/Pump truck required
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and climb ladder
• Moving and lifting up 50lbs or upto 75 lbs with the tools / equipment/ team support
• Ability to read/write and count accurately
• Experience using RF scanners would be an asset
• Forklift or Walkie License as an asset
• Detailed orientated, Able to follow instructions, problem solve and take initiatives towards a solution, computer skills
• ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
