Canada Goose is seeking a Manual Spreader in Winnipeg to spread and cut lays per markers, maintain accurate records, and keep the workspace safe and clean. You will coordinate with the supervisor, verify orders, and ensure proper materials handling in a fast-paced garment manufacturing setting.
Preferred candidates have garment industry experience, good numeracy, and strong initiative to meet deadlines, with the ability to focus for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Spread and cut lays according to markers provided by Marker Making, maintains daily records of spreading. Keep workspace and equipment clean and well organized, performs proper preventive maintenance as required on any equipment being used. Follows all safety guidelines and uses required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required, Cuts fabric by hand, with electric hand-held cutting machines. Confers with the supervisor to obtain information about orders, processes, or problems.
