Canada Goose is seeking a Supervisor for our Cutting Room in Winnipeg. You will report to the Production Manager and oversee daily cutting operations, ensuring schedules, material availability, and production goals are met.
Responsibilities include guiding cutting room staff, coordinating with Marker Making and QA, maintaining records, and driving continuous efficiency improvements in a bustling apparel environment. Minimum 5–7 years in cutting dept required.

The Cutting Room Supervisor will report to the Production Manager and follow the cutting priorities set by the Production Manager. Responsibilities include communicating daily cutting requirements to the cutting and spreading operators, based on marker guidelines and cutting specifications. Also, provide daily direction and supervision to the Cutting Department.
