Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Experience operating heavy equipment preferred.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and MS Excel.
• Experience with order fulfillment, packing, shipping and receiving.
• Ability to lift heavy items safely in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong safety awareness in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks and forklifts to load, unload, and move goods.
• Assist with order picking and packing to fulfill customer orders.
• Manage shipping and receiving activities and verify shipments with the WMS.
• Perform heavy lifting safely and follow ergonomic practices.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Organize inventory and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely delivery and shipments.

About The Role

Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our logistics and distribution operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling inventory, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring smooth shipping and receiving processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks (preferred), forklifts (pallet jacks), cranes, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport goods safely within the warehouse
• Assist with order picking and packing to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Manage shipping and receiving activities, including verifying shipments using warehouse management systems and MS Office Excel
• Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to proper ergonomic practices
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance checks
• Support warehouse distribution processes by organizing inventory, managing stock levels, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to load and unload materials, ensuring timely delivery and shipment of products

Skills And Experience

• Prior warehouse experience is highly preferred, especially in environments involving heavy equipment operation or manufacturing settings
• Demonstrated proficiency with warehouse management systems and MS Excel
• Hands‑on experience with order fulfillment, packaging, shipping & receiving processes
• Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment like reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, or construction machinery
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and best practices for heavy equipment operation
