Job summary

Energy Network Services Inc. in Richmond Hill is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Associate to support shipping, receiving, and inventory control. You will prepare materials for delivery, count and reconcile inventory, and maintain a tidy facility with waste coordination.

A valid G license and ability to lift up to 30 lbs are required. Experience in forklift operation is preferred, and candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills to ensure accurate record keeping and timely

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Shipping and loading trucks.
• Receiving delivery of materials from vendors.
• Compile receipts of packing materials and waybills.
• Maintain inventory records for materials and supplies.
• Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile quantities.
• Prepare materials for delivery and pickup.
• Maintain facility tidiness and coordinate waste pickups.
• Make deliveries to clients and pickup inventory from suppliers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Shipping and loading trucks
• Receiving delivery of materials from vendors
• Collect and compile the receipt of packing materials and waybills
• Organize and maintain inventory records of materials, equipment, merchandise and supplies
• Perform physical inventory counts to reconcile against documented quantities
• Prepare package of materials, equipment, merchandise and supplies for delivery and pickup
• Maintaining facility tidiness
• Coordinate waste and recycling pickups
• Make deliveries to clients and pick up of inventory from suppliers

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
