Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a targeted, team-oriented warehouse associate for our Mississauga Distribution Centre. You will receive, stock, and fulfill orders for healthcare products, using RF scanners and AMRs. This role requires physical activity and attention to detail, with training provided for equipment and safety protocols.

The position offers a Monday–Friday evening shift (2:45pm–11:00pm) with an hourly rate of $20.60+ shift premium and eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma preferred.
  • Comfortable with lifting 10lbs-30lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience with RF scanners preferred.
  • Familiarity with AMRs; training provided.

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming/outgoing shipments and stock orders.
  • Verify accuracy and quality of picked/received products.
  • Operate warehouse equipment; AMRs and RF scanners.
  • Sort materials and assist recycling processes.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain clean work area.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

We are looking for positive and team-oriented individuals to join our Mississauga Distribution Centre.

Join our Operations team to make an impact by receiving and stocking medical products as well as fulfilling orders while servicing clients in the Health Care industry.

Location: 1330 Meyerside Drive, Mississauga, ON L5T 1C9

Hourly rate: $20.60 + shift premium

Working hours: Monday - Friday: 2:45pm - 11:00pm

Bonus eligible: Yes. This role is eligible for a performance-based annual bonus. Bonus awards are not guaranteed and are determined based on individual performance, company performance, and other business factors, in accordance with the company’s bonus plan.

Responsibilities
  • Process all incoming or outgoing shipments and stock orders to designated locations
  • Ensure accuracy and verify quality of products being picked and received
  • Operate all types of warehouse mobile equipment; training provided
  • Sort packaged materials and process items for recycling
  • Follow company health and safety guidelines and policies
  • Ensure a clean and orderly working environment to improve overall efficiency of operations
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives
Qualifications
  • High School diploma, preferred
  • Comfortable with lifting 10lbs - 30lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
  • Machine operations and RF scanners experience, preferred
  • Operate with Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR), training provided
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment and being active while working
  • Attention to detail while producing work with high accuracy
  • Work in a team environment where strong communication skills and quality control are crucial
