Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking team-oriented individuals to join our Mississauga Distribution Centre. You will receive, stock, and fulfill orders while servicing Health Care industry clients. The role offers an hourly rate of $20.60 plus shift premium and a performance-based annual bonus.

Work is Monday to Friday from 2:45pm to 11:00pm in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include dental, health, pension, tuition reimbursement, and more to support your well-being and career growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, preferred.
• Comfortable with lifting 10lbs - 30lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Machine operations and RF scanners experience, preferred.
• Operate with Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR), training provided.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming or outgoing shipments and stock orders to designated locations.
• Ensure accuracy and verify quality of products being picked and received.
• Operate all types of warehouse mobile equipment; training provided.
• Sort packaged materials and process items for recycling.
• Follow company health and safety guidelines and policies.
• Ensure a clean and orderly working environment to improve overall efficiency of operations.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives.

Hourly rate: $20.60 + shift premium

This role is eligible for a performance-based annual bonus. Bonus awards are not guaranteed and are determined based on individual performance, company performance, and other business factors, in accordance with the company’s bonus plan.
