Job summary

Cardinal Health in Calgary is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team. You will receive and stock medical products, fulfill orders, and service clients in the Health Care industry at our Calgary Distribution Centre.

Hourly rate is $20.60 with Monday–Friday shifts from 7:30am to 3:45pm. We value safe work practices, teamwork, and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, preferred
• Comfortable with lifting 10lbs - 30lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs
• Machine operations and RF scanners experience, preferred
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment and being active while working
• Attention to detail while producing work with high accuracy
• Work in a team environment where strong communication skills and quality control are crucial

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming or outgoing shipments and stock orders to designated locations
• Ensure accuracy and verify quality of products being picked and received
• Operate all types of warehouse mobile equipment; training provided
• Sort packaged materials and process items for recycling
• Follow company health and safety guidelines and policies
• Ensure a clean and orderly working environment to improve overall efficiency of operations
• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives
