Job summary

Cardinal Health Canada in Mississauga is hiring a warehouse associate to receive, stock, and fulfill orders for the Health Care sector. The role is based at the Mississauga Distribution Centre, 1330 Meyerside Drive, with hours Monday–Friday, 2:45pm–11:00pm, and an hourly rate of $20.60 plus shift premium.

You will operate with AMRs and warehouse equipment, support quality control, and participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, preferred
• Able to lift 10–30 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
• Machine operations and RF scanners experience, preferred
• Operate with Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR), training provided
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment and being active while working
• Attention to detail while producing work with high accuracy
• Work in a team environment where strong communication skills and quality control are crucial

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming or outgoing shipments and stock orders to designated locations
• Ensure accuracy and verify quality of products being picked and received
• Operate warehouse mobile equipment; training provided
• Sort packaged materials and process items for recycling
• Follow company health and safety guidelines and policies
• Maintain a clean and orderly working environment to improve efficiency
• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives

We are looking for positive and team-oriented individuals to join our Mississauga Distribution Centre. Join our Operations team to make an impact by receiving and stocking medical products as well as fulfilling orders while servicing clients in the Health Care industry.

Location: 1330 Meyerside Drive, Mississauga, ON L5T 1C9

Hourly rate: $20.60 + shift premium

Working hours: Monday - Friday: 2:45pm - 11:00pm

This role is eligible for a performance-based annual bonus. Bonus awards are not guaranteed and are determined based on individual performance, company performance, and other business factors, in accordance with the company’s bonus plan.
