Job summary

Metrie is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Halton Hills, Ontario. You will pick, pack, and ship building materials, read pick lists, and operate equipment while maintaining safety and accuracy. This role requires physical work, reliability, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship a variety of building materials, including mouldings and doors.
• Read and understand pick lists and paper work.
• Lift, push, and pull material bundles up to 49 lbs.
• Ensure accurate tallies and order quantities.
• Operate various types of machinery as required, including an electric tugger and trailer.
• Clean and tidy the work area as required.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and timely.
• Product binning and put-away as needed.

What will you be doing in the Warehouse Associate position?

As the Warehouse Associate, you will have the opportunity to

In adherence to the principle of pay transparency, we are pleased to disclose the base pay for this full‑time position at Metrie. The starting rate for this role is set at $22.75 per hour. It is important to note that this position may also qualify for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. The specific base pay within the range will be contingent upon an individual's skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Furthermore, it is essential to highlight that our remuneration ranges are established based on the role, level, and location.
