Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or material-handling experience preferred.

• Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify quantities and label goods; store items correctly.
• Pick, prepare, package, and stage orders for shipment and transfers.
• Load/unload materials using forklifts and other equipment.
• Operate forklifts (8,000–10,000 lbs) following safety procedures.
• Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory paperwork accurately.
• Monitor inventory, report discrepancies, and assist counts.
• Report damaged products to Warehouse Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Follow health and safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to meet schedules and improve efficiency.
• Provide professional service to internal and external customers.

Warehouse Associate (Full-Time, On Site)

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, picking, and preparing products for shipment. The ideal candidate is a team player who prioritizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming products, verify quantities and condition, and ensure items are accurately labelled and stored.
• Pick, prepare, package, and stage customer orders and inter-branch transfers for shipment.
• Load and unload materials using forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Operate forklifts with capacities of 8,000–10,000 lbs while following all safety procedures.
• Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies or shortages, and participate in scheduled inventory counts.
• Report damaged or returned products to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all health and safety policies, PPE requirements, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet shipping schedules, resolve issues, and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide professional and courteous service to internal and external customers.
