Job summary

Master is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Oshawa, Ontario team. You will receive, label, and store shipments, verify stock integrity, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.

This full-time position runs Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with no weekends. We emphasize teamwork, safety, and a proactive attitude to support inventory control and customer service.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience (counterbalance).
• Dangerous Goods certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift/move heavy products up to 50 lbs.
• Team spirit and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Initiative and resourcefulness.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods, confirm quantities, and enter them into our system.
• Pick and pack orders for sales, warehouse transfers, and courier deliveries.
• Provide top-notch customer service.
• Help customers load and unload parts by hand or forklift.
• Stock shelves and organize overstock areas.
• Keep the work environment safe and clean.
• Follow all company safety regulations.
• Handle various other duties like opening crates, preparing orders, and inventory tasks.

Compensation Information

Base Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually

Supplemental Pay Types Include: Annual bonus

The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations.
