Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of direct work experience in a warehouse or supply chain position.
• Direct knowledge of warehouse operations, warehouse management and transportation management.
• WHMIS knowledge and other safety systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong quantitative and critical thinking skills.
• Team leadership and teambuilding abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordinating revenue, sales, and Warehouse/Distribution operations.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Direct Warehouse/Distribution staff to ensure orders are shipped on time and per delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and records in accordance with SOPs.
• Supervise warehouse employees and assist with performance evaluations.
