Job summary

Adaria Vending Services, a Vaughan-based logistics and fulfillment provider, is seeking a dedicated warehouse associate to manage all aspects of the operation for our vending machine clients.

You will lead daily workflows, oversee inventory, coordinate with shipments, and ensure safety and accuracy in picking, packing, and loading. Growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Two years of proven warehouse work experience preferred.
• Counterbalance forklift experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow SOPs in an organized and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Pick and assemble orders on skids and totes accurately and efficiently.
• Loading of company vehicles if required.
• Receiving deliveries and verifying quantities against purchase orders and invoices.
• Restocking pick lines.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Operate pallet jack, counterbalance forklift, and power walkie.
• Maintain inventory with FIFO rotation.
• Other warehouse duties as required.

We are seeking a warehouse associate who can help our company manage all aspects of a warehouse operation for fulfillment.

This is an important role that requires you to take charge of everything warehousing related.

We are looking for a hard-working individual for long-term employment to grow with the company.

The ideal candidate has a combination of leadership skills, product knowledge, industry savvy and prior experience overseeing the daily workflow, budget, and schedules of the warehouse department.
