Aramark is seeking a Hub Attendant/Catering Server to maintain the EY Office Lounges (HUBS) and provide courteous guest service. You will collect mugs, service and clean coffee machines, monitor fridge temperatures, restock items, and ensure a clean, safe service area.

The role requires a valid Food Handler Certificate and Responsible Beverage Service certificate, at least 1 year of experience, and the ability to work flexible evenings and weekends.

Qualificações

Job Responsibilities

• Serves food and beverage to guests according to guests orders and/or banquet menu
• Maintains knowledge of menu items and all other offerings
• Maintains appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during event
• Replenishes food and beverage product
• Adheres to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking guests' identification
• Provides excellent customer service, anticipating guests' needs
• Breaks down and cleans/sanitizes food service areas, workstations, and equipment
• Maintains a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
• Ensures security of company assets

Qualifications

How you will make an impact:

You will be responsible for maintaining and the cleanliness of the EY Office Lounges (HUBS).

As a Hub Attendant/Catering Server, you will:

• Collection of mugs on office floors, including public areas, office desks, and corridors
• Service and clean coffee machines on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Log and maintain fridge temperatures
• Restock coffee products for the machines, condiments, and dairy products in fridges
• Maintain clean counters, surface areas, coffee machines and HUBS service area, including tables
• Conduct weekly inventory for weekly orders
• Ensure guests associates receive friendly, courteous service at all times
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of coffee products, teas and Hubs offering
• Maintain clean and safe work environment
• Follow HSQA policy and procedures at all times
• Support weekly distribution
• Support weekly inventory, as required
• Accept deliveries and supplies
• Maintain and stock event floor amenities (coffee machine, 40th floor amenity fridge, snack program, etc)
• Assist with events on the 31st and 40th floor as required.

About you:

• You must have a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent and Responsible Beverage Service Certificate for the province in which you are applying
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar environment
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Extremely well organized and efficient; able to multi-task
• Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
