You will lead 250+ technology professionals across multiple squads in a matrix environment, shaping strategy, modernization, and engineering culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior technology leadership roles delivering complex, mission-critical systems
• Track record modernizing technology platforms
• Experience in health benefits claims/health industry is good to have
• Strong financial acumen and budget management
• Demonstrated ability to lead technology teams through transformation
• Knowledge with mainframe environments and integration with modern systems is good to have

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a compelling technology vision across health benefits and core platforms
• Lead 250+ technology professionals across 5 Director reports in a matrix environment
• Own platform budgeting, cost optimization and vendor relationships
• Provide governance, risk management, and incident/change management for mission-critical systems
• Drive delivery excellence, architecture quality, and continuous improvement
