Job summary

PV Labs seeks a strategic Vice President of Operations to lead scaling of precision optics and integrated mechatronics manufacturing. You will drive end-to-end production enhancements, implement ERP systems, and ensure ITAR/compliance across global partnerships.

Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee site selection, production workflow redesign, and cross-functional collaboration to meet growing demand while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Mastery of Engineering, Optics, Production & Operations management in a precision engineering/mechatronics environment.
• Experience scaling an organization (people, processes, space, tools).
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP and Lean principles; ITAR/controlled goods exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape future operations strategy and scale end-to-end production.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, production, procurement, supply chain, and QA.
• Oversee site selection, production workflow design, and scalable manufacturing methods.
