The ideal leader is hands-on, communicates effectively, and has a proven record of transformational operations in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operational leadership in manufacturing or similar industrial setting.
• Proven track record implementing KPIs, scalable systems and structured processes.
• Strong people development and high-performance team building.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee and optimize processes to improve plant efficiency, quality, safety, and profitability.
• Benchmark operations against industry standards and pursue impactful improvements.
• Inspire and grow engineering, production, procurement, and sales support teams.
• Establish and track metrics for production, quality, delivery, and team performance.
• Lead operational planning, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee logistics and procurement to maintain smooth plant operations and cost control.
