Qualifications

• A track record of closing $1M+ per year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers (marketing/agency services).
• Long, consultative sales cycles involving several decision makers.
• Prefer closing business over people management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services after signing.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft proposals for top opportunities.
