Salary : $180,000 Base Salary + $500,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE) + Benefits

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Vice President (SR VP) of Sales to join a leading SaaS company at their Vancouver headquarters. This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a sales team while driving revenue and market expansion within the manufacturing sector for cloud data solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage a high-performing sales team of 8 professionals, setting clear goals and objectives to achieve revenue targets for cloud data solutions.

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the manufacturing industry and drive adoption of SaaS solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and C-level executives within manufacturing companies.

Provide strategic direction and guidance to the sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

Minimum 12 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of success in selling cloud data solutions.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams, including setting and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Deep understanding of manufacturing industry trends, challenges, and opportunities related to cloud data solutions.
