Our client is a fast-growing, Private Equity backed, SaaS business.
We are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead and build out our North American sales efforts and drive revenue growth. We are looking for a professional/proficient French speaker.
The Role
As a VP, Sales you will be at the forefront of driving an exciting revenue opportunity for an established European company. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a strategic sales plan that will achieve the revenue targets for the company. This requires a deep level of expertise in enterprise B2B sales and experience building sales teams from the ground up. Leading and managing the global Sales Team will also be a key responsibility. This includes hiring, developing, and coaching Account Executives to ensure they have skills to be successful. You will be responsible for creating a highly engaged and motivated sales team that encourages growth.
This role reports directly to the CEO, works very closely with the PE Fund, and will also be a member of the Leadership Team, helping to run the business overall. A key requirement of the successful leader will be to scale the current sales organization through an effective go-to-market structure, hiring and productivity.
