Job summary

Packetlabs is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to scale its go-to-market engine across Canada. You will own market positioning, demand generation, and how marketing drives sustainable revenue growth.

As a player-coach, define the roadmap while ensuring quality, speed, and credibility, backed by a leadership team that values substance over noise. We are a cybersecurity consultancy focused on Advanced Penetration Testing, serving government and enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Proven track record in strategic marketing leadership and revenue contribution.
• Strong leadership with coaching and team development experience.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity market, buyers, and competitive landscape.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms mentioned.

Responsibilities

• Define marketing strategy and market positioning to scale revenue growth.
• Lead demand generation and multi-channel campaigns across organic, paid, and social channels.
• Elevate brand authority and credibility through consistent messaging and partnerships.
• Partner with Sales, BD, and R&D to align messaging and launch solutions.
• Manage budget, metrics, and governance to drive measurable value and ROI.
• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team.
