Job summary

ecl.vincere.io seeks a Vice President, Information Technology to serve as the organization’s senior technology leader, accountable for strategy, security, performance, and the continued evolution of systems, data, and digital capabilities that support the business.

You will lead enterprise technology initiatives, oversee the internal IT function, manage key partners, and ensure investments deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of progressive Information Technology experience, with substantial leadership at the Director/VP/CIO level.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise technology strategy in complex environments.
• Experience leading ERP/enterprise software implementations and managing outsourced services.
• Experience with digital transformation, cybersecurity programs, data governance, and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Contribute technology, data, cybersecurity, and innovation perspectives to enterprise planning and strategic decision-making.
• Apply systems thinking to evaluate the impact of technology decisions across units, processes, data flows, risks, and customer outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, integration, and organizational performance.
• Support growth initiatives, business expansion, and future strategic opportunities through technology leadership.
