Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of investment banking or similar experience.
• Experience executing advisory and capital-raising transactions.
• Knowledge of metals and mining sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead live advisory and capital-raising transactions end-to-end, from pitch to close.
• Oversee preparation of client materials and guide messaging/direction.
• Participate in client meetings and relationship management initiatives.
