GateSource HR Mining Recruitment is partnering with an exploration and development company to appoint a President who will lead critical minerals programs and overall corporate strategy in Canada.

The President will drive capital raising, investor relations, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring safe, compliant, and value-focused operations across multi-jurisdictional projects. Strong leadership and ESG commitment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geology, Geological Engineering, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of mineral exploration and development experience with critical minerals.
• Proven executive leadership (President/COO/VP) in mining, public or growth-stage.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and commercial strategy across exploration, development, and corporate functions.
• Drive capital-raising initiatives and manage investor relations with stakeholders.
• Represent the company with governments, Indigenous groups, and industry bodies.
• Oversee safety, ESG, regulatory compliance, and multi-jurisdictional operations.
• Translate strategy into action with milestones, budgets, and KPIs.
