Responsibilities

• CFO Partnership & Executive Influence: advise CFO with structured thinking and credible challenge.
• Modernize FP&A for a Product Operating Model: align with product planning and value streams; multi-quarter bets.
• Performance Management & Decision Support: build KPIs and dashboards; support leaders with analysis.
• Investment Governance & Capital Allocation: manage ROI, payback, prioritization, and benefits realization.
• FP&A Technology, Systems & Data Modernization: automate and perfect data flows (Cube, NetSuite, Tableau).
• Leadership, Culture & Team Development: coach high-performing FP&A team and partner across functions.
