Job summary

Banyan Capital Partners, part of Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group, seeks a Manager, FP&A for its portfolio company Stagevision in Mississauga. You will partner with the CFO and senior leadership to drive financial planning, reporting, and performance insights in a private equity-backed environment.

You will own the three-statement model, lead budgeting and rolling forecasts, develop revenue models and provide actionable insights to executives across geographies.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, ideally PE-backed or high-growth.
• Strong financial modeling capabilities, including expert-level Excel and 3-statement models.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, KPI development and financial reporting processes.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key partner to the CFO and senior leadership, providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making and business performance.
• Own and produce all recurring financial and operational reporting, including monthly management reporting, KPI dashboards, location-level performance reporting and Board materials.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and timeliness of reporting across lines and geographies; enhance reporting quality and automation.
• Develop and maintain sales forecasts, pipeline analysis and revenue models with senior management.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, including timelines, assumptions, consolidation and executive reporting.
• Maintain rolling forecasts and scenario analyses reflecting business performance and changing market conditions.
• Own the integrated three-statement financial model and ensure flexibility to support business needs.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, capacity planning and cost optimization.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, HR and other leaders to support performance management.
• Translate complex financial data into clear insights and business implications for senior leadership.
• Support capital allocation decisions through analysis of ROIC and post-investment performance.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Support M&A activities, including financial analysis, business case development and integration planning.
• Assist in financial integration of acquired businesses, including reporting alignment, forecasting and KPI standardization.
