OpenText, a global information-management leader, seeks an FP&A Manager to deliver accurate financial support and insightful analysis. You will partner with senior leaders, build robust financial models, and influence strategic decisions across a diverse business portfolio.

You will drive forecasting, planning, and performance management, shaping outcomes through data-driven commentary, scenario planning, and executive presentations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, preferably within FP&A, with partnerships to business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline; CPA designation or candidacy is asset.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to turn data into insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial systems, ERP reporting tools, and data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders, and communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Strong business acumen and judgment; able to manage priorities independently and drive high-value initiatives.
• Experience in cross-functional environments, navigating ambiguity, supporting multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
• Technology or telecommunications industry experience is preferred.
• Commitment to process improvement, automation, and continuous innovation.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, validate, and report P&L performance with variance analysis and actionable commentary.
• Partner with business leaders to support monthly forecasting, annual planning, and ongoing performance management.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, business cases, and financial analyses for strategic decisions.
• Analyze financial and operational data to develop recommendations, scenarios, and investment evaluations.
• Gather, integrate, and interpret information from multiple systems to enhance financial visibility.
• Collaborate with finance and business partners to identify risks, opportunities, and drivers.
• Drive process improvement and automation to enhance reporting and planning capabilities.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and support special projects aligned with strategic priorities.
