Qualifications

• 10+ years in FP&A, quantitative finance, investment modeling, or related analytical environments.
• 5+ years of leadership and people management experience.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and quantitative analysis.
• Experience with asset-intensive businesses, insurance, ALM, or investment income forecasting preferred.
• Ability to influence senior executives and communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Advanced degree or professional designation preferred (MBA, CFA, CPA, FSA, or similar).

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in:

• Enterprise FP&A, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Investment analytics, asset portfolios, and financial performance drivers
• Scenario analysis, business planning, and translating complex data into actionable insights
• Leading high-performing teams and partnering with senior stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, quantitative finance, investment modeling, consulting, or other analytically rigorous environments
• 5+ years of leadership and people management experience
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and quantitative analysis
• Experience with asset-intensive businesses, insurance, asset/liability management, or investment income forecasting preferred
• Ability to influence senior executives and communicate complex concepts effectively
• Advanced degree or professional designation preferred (MBA, CFA, CPA, FSA, or other quantitative discipline)
