  • Partner directly with senior wealth management leadership on business performance, growth strategy, and investment decisions
  • Build and deliver executive-level financial analysis, presentations, and business case modelling
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across revenue, expenses, and strategic initiatives
  • Lead benchmarking and peer comparisons across the wealth management landscape
  • Build strong working relationships across the broader Finance leadership team to support career progression toward VP/CFO
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of finance professionals

  • 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally including exposure to wealth management, asset management, or capital markets
  • Currently operating at an AVP level or equivalent, ready to make a lateral move into a broader, higher-visibility mandate
  • Strong executive presence — comfortable presenting directly to senior business leaders
  • Proven ability to translate financial data into strategic insight and actionable recommendations
  • CPA, CFA, or MBA strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ambition and trajectory toward a VP or CFO-level role
