Qualifications

• 15+ years in engineering or operations, including 5+ years with direct production and delivery accountability.
• Strong hardware or product engineering depth; able to evaluate technical claims directly.
• Experience in low-volume, high-quality manufacturing.
• Operational leadership in scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Credibility with senior technical teams earned through competence.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100, ECOs, BOMs, and audit readiness.
• Preferred: Hardware, electronics, RF, microwave, or satellite communications experience; hands-on leadership in similarly scaled environments.

This leader owns production and engineering end‑to‑end, building the scheduling, planning, and accountability discipline needed to keep pace with demand.
