Unknown Client in Canada is seeking a Vice President of Operations to own the operational strategy and execution across supply chain, logistics, inventory, quality, facilities, and people.

This high-impact leadership role requires a strategic, hands-on operator who can drive efficiency, scalability, profitability, and overall business performance. You will build and mentor a high-performing team and lead improvements across North America and Asia.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
  • Strong experience managing budgets, costs, forecasts, and operational KPIs.
  • Demonstrated success leading large teams and implementing meaningful operational improvements.
  • Comfortable operating at both the strategic and tactical levels.
  • A natural leader who thrives on building teams, improving processes, and driving results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of day-to-day operations, including supply chain, logistics, inventory, warehousing, quality, and customer service.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies that improve efficiency, scalability, profitability, and overall business performance.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, using data and analytics to identify opportunities and drive measurable improvements.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop managers and supervisors, building a high-performing and accountable operations team.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, and strategic partners.
  • Oversee budgets, forecasts, reporting, and operational performance for the leadership team.
  • Provide oversight of company facilities across North America and China, as well as third-party logistics providers.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging risks to help the organization identify opportunities and protect the business.
  • Oversee operational legal, compliance, risk management, and product liability matters.

They are looking for a Vice President, Operations to take ownership of the organization's operational strategy and execution. This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence across supply chain, logistics, inventory, quality, facilities, and people.

What You'll Do
