Qualifications

• 15+ years in engineering or operations, including 5+ years with direct production and delivery accountability.
• Strong hardware or product engineering depth; able to evaluate technical claims directly.
• Experience in low‑volume, high‑quality manufacturing.
• Operational leadership in scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Credibility with senior technical teams earned through competence.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100, ECOs, BOMs, and audit readiness.
• Preferred: Hardware, electronics, RF, microwave, or satellite communications experience; hands‑on leadership in similarly scaled environments.

Responsibilities

• Build repeatable production processes and hold teams accountable to delivery dates.
• Partner with supply chain on lead times, constraints, and schedule conflicts.
• Resolve cross‑functional technical issues and sign off on certification readiness.

• Identify bottlenecks and risks early; build contingencies.
• Mentor engineering and production leads to strengthen capability and reduce single‑point dependencies.
