Job summary

NPAworldwide in Winnipeg, Manitoba, is seeking a senior leadership professional to oversee North America component service parts, sales, service/warranty and warehouses. You will drive strategic initiatives, build high‑performing teams and partner with cross‑functional functions to grow revenue.

The role requires a university degree, extensive experience in metal component manufacturing, and strong leadership and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel internationally is required.

Qualifications

  • University degree or diploma in business administration or related post‑secondary education (preferred).
  • Experience in metal component manufacturing/fabrication.
  • Experience in operations and sales within a large organization (e.g., $100+ million revenue).
  • Proven track record of building and leading high‑performance teams.
  • Strong leadership, decision‑making and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to plan, execute initiatives and manage cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid business acumen and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and hold a passport.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee coordination and leadership of component service parts, sales, service/warranty and warehouses in North America.
  • Drive new business development opportunities.
  • Develop strategic plans to meet production, sales budgets and P&L.
  • Implement development of production, pricing, inventory, sales and service.
  • Develop, execute and evaluate annual targets to meet sales goals.
  • Plan and develop sales, service and inventory strategies.
  • Analyze dealer networks and expand potential opportunities.
  • Implement development programs related to production.
  • Manage production development and sales processes.
  • Control promotion and incentive programs for dealers and end users.
  • Direct and control cross‑functional teams across Canada and the U.S.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork across locations and units.
  • Develop, nurture and supervise cross‑functional managers.
  • Perform other tasks or projects as assigned.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the coordination, functional management and leadership of all component service parts, sales, service/warranty and warehouses within North America
  • Drive new business development opportunities
  • Develop strategic plans to meet product production, sales budget and P & L
  • Implementation and development of production, product pricing, inventory planning, sales and service
  • Develop, execute and evaluate annual targets to meet sales targets
  • Plan and develop sales, service and inventory strategies
  • Analyze the current dealer network and develop action plans to expand potential business opportunities in the marketplace
  • Implement development programs related to production
  • Manage all production development and sales processes
  • Control and manage promotion and incentive programs for dealers and end users
  • Direct and control team management for both operations and sales and company divisions in Canada and the United States
  • Develop, nurture and reinforce a culture of teamwork within the business unit at all locations
  • Manage, develop and control cross‑functional team managers
  • Other tasks or projects as assigned
Qualifications
  • University degree or diploma in business administration or other related post‑secondary education (preferred)
  • Experience with metal component manufacturing/fabrication
  • Experience in operations and sales capacities in a large organization (e.g., $100 million+ revenue)
  • Proven track record of building and leading high‑performance teams
  • Strong decision‑making skills and excellent judgment
  • Ability to target, plan and execute initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Highly effective facilitation, presentation and communication skills
  • Solid business acumen, senior management and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong leadership and time‑management skills
  • Ability to work in a self‑directed, fast‑paced manufacturing environment
  • Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Valid passport and ability to travel as required (including internationally)
