RBC is seeking a Vice President, Financing Specialists in Canada to lead a team responsible for structuring, executing and monitoring commercial loan transactions. You will partner with relationship managers, risk teams, and operations to deliver robust credit submissions and client solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5-7 years in lending, with strong credit and analytics, and MBA/CPA/CFA preferred to guide strategic financial decisions in a dynamic, mobile role across markets.

Qualificações

• 5-7 years’ experience in commercial/corporate lending or similar.
• Proven track record leading and coaching credit professionals.
• Strong knowledge of credit metrics and loan structuring.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients.

• Lead a high-performing team in structuring, executing and monitoring bi-lateral loan transactions.
• Collaborate with relationship managers, risk, operations, and finance partners.
• Coach the team on deal discovery, due diligence, underwriting and approval.
