Job summary

Vosyn, a Toronto-based Language Synthesis AI company, seeks a Master’s-educated HRM Generalist Intern to support recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance across a growing organization.

You will collaborate with senior management, design training, and track HR metrics while contributing to DEI efforts in a fast-paced startup environment. Remote work is allowed with hybrid options in Toronto.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; enrollment or completion is mandatory.
• Familiarity with HR systems like HRIS and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.

About the Role

As an HRM Generalist at Vosyn, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing human resources functions to support the growth and success of our innovative AI-driven organization. This role requires a dynamic professional who can balance administrative responsibilities with strategic initiatives across areas like recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and onboarding new hires.
• Act as a primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Support performance evaluation cycles, assisting managers with goal-setting and feedback delivery.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and internal procedures, maintaining accurate employee records.
• Coordinate employee benefits programs and handle related queries.
• Assist in designing and implementing training programs to support employee development.
• Contribute to HR projects, including DEI initiatives, engagement surveys, and policy updates.
• Track HR metrics using HR systems and provide data-driven insights for strategic decisions.

About You
