With over 75 successful events, we bring together professionals to network, collaborate, and push boundaries.

Event Overview :

Tech2Step’s Hackathon is a 3-day, AI-driven innovation event focused on solving real-world healthcare challenges. This event brings together 60 women hackers who will develop solutions for child and general healthcare with a special focus on AI technology.

Role Overview :

We are seeking an Events Sponsorship & Partnership Coordinator (Volunteer) to play a key role in securing partnerships, attracting sponsors, and managing sponsor relationships to ensure the event’s success. The coordinator will be responsible for creating impactful sponsorship proposals, negotiating terms, and ensuring sponsor visibility before, during, and after the event.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sponsor Engagement : Identify and engage potential sponsors by researching and reaching out to relevant organizations, companies, and stakeholders.
• Proposal Creation : Develop compelling sponsorship proposals and pitch decks tailored to the needs of prospective sponsors, showcasing the event's benefits and visibility.
• Negotiation : Negotiate sponsorship terms, ensuring clear deliverables, expectations, and value for both sponsors and the event.
• Relationship Management : Act as the main point of contact for sponsors, managing communication before, during, and after the event to ensure a positive sponsor experience.
• Visibility : Ensure sponsor visibility across all event materials (social media, promotional content, signage, etc.) and during event activities.
• Post-Event Reporting : Follow up with sponsors after the event, sharing outcomes, insights, and expressing gratitude, while providing detailed post-event reports.

Ideal Profile :

• Proven experience in partnerships, fundraising, or business development, ideally within a nonprofit or event context.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch ideas and negotiate effectively.
• Comfortable networking and building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple relationships and deliverables simultaneously.
