Overview

Volunteer Director to sit on our Board at Sunny Days Group Program. We are looking for dedicated individuals to serve on our Board of Directors. Our Board has a maximum of 5 Directors. This is an ongoing opportunity based in Brighton, Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Serve on the Board of Directors with governance and leadership responsibilities.
• Contribute skills in the following areas: business management, experience with not-for-profit registered charities, fundraising, seeking and applying for government and corporate grants, and public relations.

There is no deadline to apply. The position is on-site.

Requirements

• Age: Over the age of majority in the province of opportunity.
• Completed profile on VolunteerSuccess.com.
• Willing to undergo a background or police records check.
• Own cell phone.
• Own laptop with internet access and camera.
• Interview by current board members; successful interview may result in appointment by existing board or election at a membership meeting.
