The Delivery Manager – Salesforce Sales Cloud – leads the delivery function for the Salesforce Sales Cloud domain in Canada. The role is responsible for coordinating and supervising delivery activities across two organisations, overseeing all synchronisation and integration efforts with Marketing Cloud, Brilliance mobile app, MuleSoft, and other Tiffany & Jewelry applications.
The Delivery Manager works closely with the Architect for security and design, the Tech Lead for technical quality, and the cross‑functional teams located in France and the United States.
