Position: FASTSIGNS Visual Communication Specialist

As a Visual Communication Specialist, you will be the initial contact for current and prospective customers at our FASTSIGNS Center. You will engage with customers via email, phone, in-person, and on-site visits, aiming to build long-term relationships and convert prospects into loyal clients. Job Description

Position Summary: Under general supervision, the Visual Communications Specialist manages daily center operations.

Responsibilities

1. Answer phones and direct callers appropriately.
2. Copy and file documents, work orders, estimates, and invoices.
3. Support the sales team with tasks such as customer follow-up, marketing mailings, order deliveries, and competitive calls.
4. Maintain a clean and organized center environment.
5. Assist accounting with reports, statements, and bank runs.
6. Manage office supplies and ensure departmental needs are met.
7. Support outside sales with vendor contacts, project management, and customer service.
8. Serve as a backup in production when necessary.
9. Handle data entry, correspondence, and email management.
10. Participate in sales activities and promote the brand mentality of "Everybody Sells".
11. Manage front counter and customer consultations to identify project needs and solutions.

Authority Level

• No supervisory responsibilities.
• Reports directly to the Center Manager or Franchisee.
