Job summary

LensCrafters in Canada seeks a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team within our eyewear retail store. You will deliver key KPIs by integrating the Brand Story with flawless customer experiences and operational execution, ensuring safety and compliance.

You will train and coach staff, analyze reports, and partner with optometry to elevate patient care while driving sales and store metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 4+ years management/supervisory experience.
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
• Team building and management skills.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Sales skills.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.
• Ability to manage time under aggressive deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed Customer Service.
• Provide training and coaching to the team leveraging Company provided programs.
• Analyzes reporting to create and implement action plans to improve store KPIs, including: NPS, sales to plan, customer count, and others.
• Attracts and hires highly engaged team to ensure the store has the right people in the right place.
• Partners with the Doctor of Optometry to elevate the customer and patient experience and drive store KPIs.
• Guides team to execute all operational, inventory, and visual tasks to standards flawlessly.
• Ensures all Company approved safety programs are implemented and maintained.
