Job summary

LensCrafters, a part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Sales Associate who ensures every patient and customer has an exceptional in-store experience. You will engage customers, use prescriptions to recommend lenses, and help select frames with precision.

Responsibilities include taking measurements with optical tools, collaborating with the Optician, and maintaining a clean, organized store while fostering respectful, inclusive teamwork to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computing/calculation skills.
• Willingness to embrace new technology and change with accuracy.
• Ability to meet sales goals with strong communication.
• Self-motivated, able to multi-task in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plan and objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Use optical prescription to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate measurements with optical staff.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Maintain a positive store environment and professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
• Keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized while fostering an inclusive culture.
