LASIK MD in Hamilton is seeking a Clinical Patient Advisor (Clinical Counselor) to meet with prospective patients after their pre-operative assessments, translate medical information into clear value, and guide decisions on vision correction options and payments. The role emphasizes compassionate communication, accurate recordkeeping, and coordinating surgery dates within a supportive team.

Formación

• Broad background in customer service or retention in relevant industries.
• Experience as an account manager or sales representative is an asset.
• Desire to succeed while helping customers achieve their goals.
• Organized, results-oriented, self-disciplined with strong prioritization and time management.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel to other clinics for training or work (expenses covered).
• Available Monday–Friday 8:00–21:00 and Saturday 8:30–16:30.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with prospective patients after pre-operative assessment and clarify medical information.
• Bridge clinical information and personal decision-making for patients.
• Present vision correction options, benefits, and financing clearly.
• Guide patients through pricing options and payment methods, book surgery dates.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with standards.
• Foster patient follow-through through trust-building and proactive follow-ups.
• Record short video/voice messages or calls as reminders when needed.
• Support Risk Management by reporting patient safety concerns to clinic management.
