LASIK MD is seeking a Senior Clinical Counselor for our Downtown Toronto clinic. You will assist prospective patients after their consultations, translating medical information into clear guidance and helping them decide with confidence. The role emphasizes a personalized patient experience aligned with our standards.

This full-time position includes travel to other GTA clinics, a stable 35-hour work week, and benefits such as group insurance, RRSP matching, and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education (AEC/DEC) or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in medical/aesthetic or premium service sectors is an asset.
• 3–5 years in a performance-driven, consultative role.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems; able to learn new software.

Responsabilités

• Support patients after consultation and aid decision-making with clarity.
• Present vision correction options and pricing transparently.
• Book surgery dates and coordinate logistics across clinics.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with standards.
• Travel to other GTA clinics; support risk management as needed.
